Chris Griffin is a  Florida Supreme Court, and Federal Court, Certified Mediator, providing civil litigation mediation services throughout Florida.  He has 40 years of trial and appellate experience in practically all fields of civil litigation. Because of Mr. Griffin’s extensive litigation experience, he has participated in hundreds of mediations, including those ordered by trial courts as well as those agreed to by parties prior to litigation.

 He has extensive experience in matters of commercial litigation, including cases involving non-compete agreements, trade secrets, business torts, corporate disputes, probate, contracts, real estate, intellectual property, ERISA, construction, state and federal credit reporting statutes, and Florida’s Deceptive And Unfair Trade Practices Act.
